Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for this promotion:
Customers must request a quote and receive a written estimate on or before September 30, 2026.
A signed agreement and any required deposit must be received by Southern Oregon Structures, LLC on or before September 30, 2026.
The promotion applies only to new projects and new customer agreements initiated during the promotional period.
Limitations
Promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, rebates, special pricing agreements, or previously negotiated pricing.
Promotion has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or refunds.
Discount applies only to qualifying structures and does not apply to permits, site preparation, concrete work, engineering fees, delivery charges, taxes, financing fees, or other third-party costs unless specifically stated in the written quote.
Southern Oregon Structures, LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue this promotion at any time for future transactions; however, approved projects meeting all promotional requirements before the expiration date will honor the advertised discount.
Additional terms or exclusions may apply based on project scope, location, customization requirements, material availability, or permitting requirements.
Expiration Date
This promotion expires on September 30, 2026. Requests submitted after this date will not be eligible for promotional pricing.
